Great cottage by Indian River

We loved this cottage. It was all updated and the deck addition was great! Everything we needed was at the cottage when we arrived. The owner was on top of things. We received entry instructions the day before we left. He responded to questions promptly, but gave us our privacy. We would definitely use this cottage again.

Easy access to Indian River waterway

Owner has taken great care of the inside and out with several improvements including the basic essentials to enjoy eating in including a nice gas grill, cooking utensils and plenty of pots and pans. Walk a short distance to the assigned parking area for your boat and within a minute u can be in the waterway.

Chris was very professional in talking with him. He has a very clean and comfortable property with lots of room for guests. Highly recommend if anyone is planning a trip anywhere near the Indian River.

July 4th long weekend

This property was SUPER clean and nice. Community firepit and dock. VERY shallow water where dock is (<3ft). Overall, host was extremely accommodating and the cabin was CLEAN. I would highly recommend.
