My job is 99% travel based and have a month long job site mainly in Florida from mid December 2025 to mid January 2026 with a week off for Christmas and decided to get the family out of the cold and snowy north for the holiday week. The choice to stay at Indian Harbor Beach Club was extremely solid. Cindy was extremely easy to work with when we inquired about earlying up our arrival date, and extremely accommodating when the manual latch on our main door accidentally engaged just enough to not allow entry. The property is extremely clean and maintenance is always on site should a need arise (our door latch was very promptly taken care of). Access to the beach could not be easier. The pool area is very clean. The grill worked flawlessly. Each unit gets its own parking space (ours was covered). The unit itself was very clean to which I had no complaints other than the color temperature of the lights and some minor normal ownership upkeep items that stem from a well loved and used condo. The kitchen was stocked with all the items you'd want in a home away from home. All appliances worked flawlessly. There is a whole closet of beach items including boogie boards which my kids and I made use of. My parents also visited with us, staying in a separate unit on a different floor. They had a fantastic time as well.
