Great house, in a great location. The home looks exactly as it does in the pictures. The only con was the home did get very hot during the day but we didn’t spend too much time in the home. I would definitely return.

The house was in good shape and really comfortable for a family weekend with adult kids hiking and biking. The kitchen was well suited for cooking meals at the house. We had a hiccup with the wifi network, which didn't work at first, and the Sun Bear folks were very prompt in getting on it and staying on it until it was resolved, and they were very good communicators. The owner had a "remote" in one of the drawers near the kitchen that resets the wifi router, which was hidden in the owner's closet. I'd rent through Sun Bear again in the future.
