The room was extremely hot and stuffy. The bathroom had no hot water. Asked for the front desk to fix the issue while I was out with clients at dinner. Upon my return around 10 pm I checked in with the front desk and they said everything fine, please make sure to run the water. Well, nothing was fixed and no hot water in Shower or sink. A separate bath had barely warm water just to get a quick rinse. Dining checkout, I complained that there was no hot water. The person at the front desk could care less about the issue and didn’t even apologize or offer any discount. I’ve stayed at this hotel in the past with no issues. The hotel rooms are a bit dated and its batter days are behind them. I have told our team in Korea not to use this facility in the future. There are 3 hotels in the area (Sheraton, Holiday Inn and Orakai) that would be a much better alternative.

This is a great hotel. Clean, well appointed and furnished room in beautiful Songdo. We enjoyes our stay and plan to stay again on pur next visit!

The hotel is old. A lot of the furniture is broke or old. It is not modern and needs to be updated. It’s great because everything is close by. Room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The HVAC system will not allow you to control it. I do say it’s not worth the price. The gym does not have enough equipment to train.

Hotel looks quite elegant but is lacking in maintenance and upkeep. The room clearly showed its age although it had elegant touches. We wanted to sit in the lobby but we're told ALL sofas and chairs were broken. We tried to sit in the café in the lobby but we're told we had to purchase something in order to sit down... so ultimately we didn't have a place to sit and wait for the time to catch our taxi. Staff was nice, buffet was balanced in selection for breakfast food, although the food was cold or warm. Overall the stay was satisfactory but nothing exceptional

they had roaches / I killed 4 while I was there for 3 days but missed some… no roaches were on the bed - just crawling out of the dressers and bathroom area….overall beautiful view, bed was cozy and it was cheap… but they need to exterminate!

There was mold in the washroom. The chair had broken finishings that cut my hand. But the main thing was the room was hot like a sauna, with no real options to cool down. We had to request a fan which wasn’t promptly provided and did little to cool the room. We were able to open a small crack in the window, but when you removed the room card from the slot, the window automatically closed, which result in us coming back to a sauna room after a long day. Having to leave the window open, left the air dry and resulted in one of us getting a sore throat. Bed was comfy tho. And room was spacious.
