It’s on the 16th floor, the top floor, so it feels fairly high up. Although it’s called a city view, there was a lot of construction, and the noise was quite loud. It’s a bit of a walk to get to various shops. It felt somewhere between a hotel and a motel. Overall, it was an average hotel—neither particularly good nor bad.
