My parents and my family fly in and out of Incheon often, and we plan to stay here every time. Their free airport shuttle is lovely. Even without that, it is accessible via public transportation. When you get out of Unseo subway station, the hotel is literally across the street. Shops and restaurants are very accessible as soon as you walk out of the hotel. We have stayed in different rooms, and we love their bathrooms! They must have renovated all so it is clean. I travel with small children, and their bathroom floors are slip-free. The amenities that they provide (shampoo, conditional, and body wash) are not the cheapest kind either. I have requested a lot of personal favors like keeping my baggage longer than usual, and they have been very accommodating. One downside is that the smokers smoke right at the entrance so the smell lingers at times. Thank you.

My experience was not ideal due to the room's condition, which was dirty with hair strands, a spider web, and dust. The toilet was nice, but the room lacked amenities like a microwave and free coffee. We stayed in room 602. The common area near the front desk is exclusive for seamen, and you'll need to ask if you can use it. The shuttle service in the morning is only for guests heading to the airport, while in the afternoon, it’s available for all guests to be picked up from the airport to the hotel. Next time, I’ll consider staying at the nearby alternative.

Beware the “Free Airport Shuttle” advertisement, it is limited to before 11am to the airport, not for later flights. Front desk had no interest in helping, even refusing to arrange a Taxi when I had to leave at 3pm.

Property is basically old but with renovated bathroom, so clean and tidy for overnight flight stay for 1 night. But if for longer vacation stay, then not too recommended. Also, requesting shuttle from airport to hotel is difficult for tourist due to hotel needs guests to CALL BY PHONE ONLY at airport after arrival. I used email and SMS to request shuttle in advance, but hotel disregarded. NO CALL NO SHUTTLE service. Shuttle from hotel back to airport then no problem because just book with front desk staff. Nearby many other hotel selections, and restaurants open late, easy to find dining places.

We landed at Incheon airport after a very long flight, got our baggage, make our way to metro, 1 stop we were there, walked out of metro stop and hotel was right there, they do offer free shuttle but my phone was not working yet. I wish I would have gotten the name of the person working the desk on August 10 2025, He helped me get a taxi to the cruise port that morning which was 21 miles away, I GIVE HIM A VERY BIG THANK YOU. I would for sure stay again.
