Good location for Inspire Arena events, the Ocean Tower is the closest to the arena. The Forest and Sun Towers are closer to the food court and Le Space.

Rooms are really nice, spacious and clean. Staff and service a bit lacking for foreigners. Doesn’t communicate well or efficiently. Also hotel is massive so using elevator to access room during checkout (11am) and checkin (4:00pm) is painfully slow slow slow. Waited 20 minutes the first time since we were new to this resort.

Free shuttle bus from airport, friendly and helpful staffs. Got help with our suitcases from the bus to delivering it to our room. New hotel, so everything was big and clean. Lots of things to do in the hotel. Bought waterpark admission as did not pick the package, they gave me discount for it. I was also able to store our luggages while we go around Korea.
