The staff are very helpful, housekeeping is observant. Near subway stations, it was near the meeting venue for my workshop which was very convenient. Very easy check in and check out. They helped in booking a taxi for drop off at Incheon Airport for return flight. Would definitely stay here again.

Solid hotel, but a bit dated

This is a fine business hotel. I stayed here before a flight from Incheon airport. The bus stop to the airport is about a 5-6 minute walk away and takes about an hour to Terminal 2. The lobby is nice, but the facilities and rooms are dated. The in-room wifi is fast and the views from the room were good. Breakfast is only available on weekends. The gym is small with two treadmills and what looked like a machine for weights, but I didn't use it.

Overall the location was close to the subway, close to Lotte mart and easily accessible. Overall clean and no issues getting around. However I think they should upgrade the rooms a bit with at least a universal plug. Not sure about most hotels, but previous stays at other hotels asked about early check-in and if available, I was able to check-in early or at least check-in and leave luggage ~ I was only offered to leave the luggage. Breakfast is only available weekends (area doesnโ€™t seem too busy).
