The hotel entrance may be a little hard to find, but the check-in counter is staffed until late and there are automatic check-in machines, making it easy. The room is a studio, unlike a hotel. It's quite cold in Seoul this time of year, but the room is warm thanks to the underfloor heating and air conditioning. There's also a washing machine (no drying function). There's no place to dry your laundry, so you'll have to think about it a bit... There's a desk in the room, but no chairs. The area around the hotel has developed significantly over the past year, with more shops opening up. There's a Lotte Mart for shopping, so I don't think you'll have any problems. Incheon and Gimpo Airports are also just a train ride away, so I recommend it.
