schöne Lage, einfache Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ausgelegt und hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Die Ausstattung ist einfach, Bettwäsche besser mitbringen. In der Küche fehlen gute Pfannen und Besteck, Backofen und Kaffeemaschine sind vorhanden. Das Bad ist frisch renoviert, es gibt eine Waschmaschine. Insgesamt ist das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok. Bei der Anfahrt nicht dem Navi vertrauen und die via aicardi mit 21% Steigung fahren, sondern auf der Hauptstraße nach Poggi bleiben. Auto erforderlich!!!

La villetta è meravigliosa, con la vista mare stupenda, ampio giardino, comodissima terrazza. In casa c’è tutto necessario. Sabrina è una persona gentilissima e molto accogliente. Consiglio vivamente questo luogo a chi vorrebbe passare il tempo in assoluta tranquillità e silenzio. Tornerei molto volentieri

mit dem Zaun auf dem Grundstück fühlt man sich wie ausgegrenzt ... kein schöner Anblick und auch kein schönes Gefühl. Wenn man dies weglässt, so hatten wir eine schöne Zeit in der Unterkunft, mit tollen Ausblick, egal, ob Sonnenaufgang, tagsüber oder Abends ..

Schöne Wohnung in Toplage, Ausstattung ist super: Küche, TV, WLAN. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ins Hinterland, an die Strände, Richtung Monaco oder Alassio (Restaurant Il Paguro: Menu 10€). Waren schonmal im selben Haus, gerne wieder!

Sehr schönes Ferienappartement mit traumhaftem Panoramablick auf das Meer.Auch der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit. Es ist eine ruhige Gegend fernab vom Tourismus.Haben nichts zu beanstanden. Kommen sehr gerne wieder. Reisetipps: Viele schöne und interessante Ausflugsziele. Uns hat besonders die Wanderung von Poggi zum Monte Faudo gefallen. Traumhafte Natur und Pflanzenwelt. Schönes Panorama und beeindruckende Ausblicke.

Sehr netter Vermieter, alles sauber und in gepflegten Zustand.Sehr schöner Ausblick zum Meer von der Terrasse aus.Parken direkt am Haus möglich. Reisetipps: Ausflüge nach Nizza und Monaco sind Empfehlenswert,ca 2 Stunden Fahrzeit. Strände haben wir keine schönen gefunden entweder mit Steinen oder sehr dreckiger Sand auch das Wasser war immer aufgewühlt. Wassersport wird an den Stränden nicht angeboten. Einkaufen bitte nur im Supermarkt Lidl in Sanremo ca 7km sonst wird es sehr teuer und das Angebot ist zum Ein Stück Butter kostet dann schnell mal 4 € Achtung generell nicht mit einem neuen Auto fahren da die Stoßstange wörtlich genommen wird auch tiefere und Fahrzeuge mit langen Radstand sind nicht zu Empfehlen da die Straßen sehr schmal sind. Da ich nicht das erste mal in Italien war kann ich sagen es gibt schönere Ecken dort.
