Although the house is close to the sea (just a 9-minute walk and 600 meters away) and to the center of Imperia-Oneglia, it is located in a quiet residential area.
It has a private entrance that leads through a gate to the fenced-in parking space. The house’s highlights include air conditioning, a large, sunny terrace adjacent to the kitchen, and a bathroom equipped with both a shower and a bathtub.
The house is in an excellent location if you prefer not to use a car and would rather walk to the beach, enjoy an aperitif, or dine out at one of the many restaurants less than a kilometer away!


You may bring ONLY ONE small pet into the house. If you have more than one pet or your dog is medium to large in size, please contact us before booking. Dog fee: €30.00 per stay. Tourist tax: 10 euros per person, payable in cash at check-in. During the winter months, gas for heating is not included. At check-in, we’ll take a photo of the meter and ask for a €80 deposit for heating costs, which we’ll refund at check-out after verifying the meter readings. The cost per cubic meter of gas is €1.50. We welcome groups of young people. Upon check-in, they must pay a €300.00 security deposit, which we will refund ONCE THE HOUSE HAS BEEN CLEANED.

Schöne stadt, einkauf in 10 minuten, strand 10 minuten. Beides zu fuss! Strand hat wenig sand, viele steine! Sauber!

Wunderschöner Italien Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Imperia.Unsere Ferienwohnung war zentral und hatte eine große Dachterrasse. Das Meer und das Zentrum von Oneglia konnte man zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichen. Unser Vermieter Alessandro war sehr nett und hat uns bei Fragen jederzeit weiter geholfen. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit großer Dachterrasse

Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur 10 Gehminuten vom Meer entfernt an einer ruhigen Straße. Bäckereien und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung, vor allem auch die der Küche, lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders toll ist die große Dachterrasse, die mit viel Platz und Schatten zum Verweilen einlädt. Alessandro hat uns freundlich empfangen und stand für Fragen immer zur Verfügung. Danke!

Schöne zentral gelegene Wohnung

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung mitten im Wohngebiet. Möbel zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber und zweckmäßig. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.
