The house, located just a stone's throw from the sea, is the perfect place to spend a peaceful, relaxing, and fun vacation. Although it’s right next to the boardwalk, it’s slightly set back and therefore quiet. It has stone walls that keep the interior cool. It features a separate entrance and a small outdoor patio for dining al fresco. It’s convenient because everything is nearby: beaches, bars, restaurants, and nightspots are just a few dozen meters away. A supermarket, pharmacy, and bike path entrance are 300 meters away.

When staying in this house, you can leave the stress of driving behind. In fact, you can go grocery shopping, head to the beach, and get around entirely on foot or by bike. All the main amenities are right at your fingertips. Very close to the house (about 300 meters) is also the entrance to the bike path connecting Imperia to Sanremo. Over 30 km of bike path where you can walk along the sea and enjoy sports. PLEASE NOTE: The house is located in a typical Ligurian alleyway on the Cristoforo Colombo waterfront. There are about 34 steps to climb, followed by a short 20-meter unpaved path to reach the house.

N.B. The following rules apply to the house:
Groups of young people are accepted only if they pay a security deposit of €300.00 in cash at check-in. The security deposit WILL BE REFUNDED (via bank transfer, PayPal, or cash) the day after checkout, following an inspection of the house, and NOT AT CHECK-OUT.
We accept small and medium-sized dogs, but we require a €200 deposit upon check-in, which we will refund the day after checkout following an inspection of the property—NOT AT CHECK-OUT. There will be a €30 surcharge for final cleaning for dogs.

During the winter months, gas for heating is not included. We will take a photo of the meter at check-in. Cost: €1.50 per square meter.
In Imperia, you must pay a €10 per person tourist tax at check-in for the duration of your stay.
