Want to enjoy a peaceful vacation? The Agave and Olive Cottage is the perfect choice for you. This small cottage overlooks the pool and garden, with a view that stretches all the way to the sea, offering an oasis of peace for those who want to escape the chaos of the city....



The cottage and the outdoor dining area are entirely at guests’ disposal. The pool is shared with the owner. Upon entering the house, which is located right by the pool, you’ll be greeted by a large open space featuring a comfortable sofa bed. From there, you can see a small kitchen with windows that open directly onto the garden in the dining area—very convenient for passing food outside. You’ll also find a small single bedroom with its own closet; the bathroom is accessible from the single bedroom.

Cristina and Chewbecca (her dog) will be there to welcome you. Cristina will always be available during your stay to provide directions and information.

Air Conditioning: 7 kW per day included; if the limit is exceeded, a charge of 0.50 per kW used will apply, payable in cash before departure. In winter, heating is not included in the price; the cost is 0.50 per kW, to be paid in cash before departure. No pets allowed. Shared pool with the owner. Children under 12 must always be supervised by an adult in the pool. The pool is NOT fenced. The pool is 180 cm deep at its deepest point and is not fenced. The ceiling height at its lowest point is 184 cm; in the rest of the cottage, the height is 199 cm. The pool is open from May 24 to September 30. Upon check-in, as required by local regulations, guests must present an ORIGINAL photo ID (passport for guests from outside the European Union) for EACH guest. Guests are not permitted to invite others into the apartment without the owner’s permission. Minors may not stay in the cottage unless accompanied by an adult. If the adult is not the minor’s parent or guardian, it will be necessary to provide, prior to check-in, a signed statement from both parents or guardians, accompanied by their identification documents, authorizing the minor to stay with an adult other than themselves. These are mandatory requirements as well as essential for safety; if they are not accepted, we will be forced, against our will, to cancel the reservation!

A car is strongly recommended. There is also a bus that serves the area, but it runs only a few times during the day and not at all in the evening.
