A única coisa que posso reclamar é do café da manhã. Por toda a decepção que tive com atendimento, estrutura, quarto e limpeza eu achei que me decepcionaria no café também. Mas o café eh bom, com variedades. Quanto ao restante, atendimento fraquíssimo sem nenhum esforço em ajudar o hóspede , quarto só o mofo, Tc quebrada sem funcionar, frigobar não funcionando, camas velhas, roupa de cama suja com fios de cabelo, banheiro com mau cheiro e fechadura do quarto com defeito.

Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo nesse hotel, a localização é excelente, principalmente pra quem está de passagem, as camas são bem confortáveis, os funcionários são prestativos, de modo geral um bom hotel pra se ficar . A piscina por ser muito grande nem toda vez está limpa.

Custo beneficio razoável/ruim

Experiência ruim. Hotel antigo, primeiro quarto estava com o chão molhado por vazamento do ar condicionado e a porta não fechava. Pedimos outro quarto, que tinha muitas baratinhas. A unica vantagem é ter um custo menos caro do que o hotel que fica ao lado do Imperial Shopping
