A primeira reserva que fiz foi razoável, atendimento excelente só recepcionista, quarto bom, camas confortáveis, roupa de cama e toalhas limpas. O único ponto negativo foi ter que me deslocar do hotel no outro dia de manhã (domingo) para tomar café da manhã no aroma restaurante e lá não havia opção a não ser comer um salgado e tomar um café com leite. A segunda reserva fiquei surpreso, pois quando cheguei no hotel não havia mais o quarto que eu havia reservado e para minha surpresa tive que pagar café da manhã à parte, pois ao efetuar a reserva, acreditando que estava reservando o mesmo tipo de quarto da reserva anterior com o mesmo valor, me reservaram um quarto sem café da manhã. Precisam ser mais específicos ao efetuarem reservas para os clientes. O atendimento foi bom, cama e roupas de cama em boas condições. Apenas o frigobar estava sujo.

O hotel tem uma acústica péssima, chuveiro velho antigo e sujo, banheiro velho e porta de box quebrada, sem recepção, café da manhã aos domingos não tem, durante a semana começa tarde,depois do horário informado e produtos ruins e mal servidos. A comunicação eh péssima, não atendem O ÚNICO telefone que eles informam
