The terrace of the apartment is a nice place to follow boat traffic and life of the marina. 26 km to the slopes of Myllymäki. There are also skiing tracks in Myllymäki.

Right next to the house, there is Lammassaari walking routes with lean-to shelters and other services. In summer there is a restaurant next door and the Imatra Spa is only 1 km away.

6 km to the north from Imatra, lake Saimaa 0 m, the water depth is about 5 m. The public sand beach is within 600 meters.

Apartment in semi-detached house, built in 2012. Interior surfaces are renovated in 2021. On the lower floor, there is a living room/kitchen with sofa bed for two, washroom and sauna.
On the upper floor, there is a sleeping alcove with double bed and private bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine. Workstation in the lobby, spacious open terrace.
