The Iluka Villa complex is right on the Clarence River, where you can also enjoy the large swimming pool, BBQ, waterfront summer house, private jetty and your own boat ramp. The ferry to Yamba and river cruises leave from the Boatshed only two doors up from the Villas. There is ample parking and space for your boat as well.

Unit 10 is a two bedroom unit and is also air conditioned. It is peacefully located at the far end of the property separate to the main block of Villas.
