The bathroom fixtures in 924 look worn (bidet and sink faucet) and the shower head had mineral deposits from hard water. My second room 417 is better, both were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Would stay again for the convenient location and helpful, friendly staff.

The staff are polite and helpful, and the location is excellent, right by SM Mall with a bridge from the 2nd floor, plus Vikings restaurant nearby. However, the rooms need better cleaning. There was a noticeable odor, toilets weren’t properly cleaned, and shower tiles had algae. The towels were worn and old and the counters were chippping off, which seems below the price charged. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner weren’t refilled, it’s kind of disappointing.

There was only one coffee sachet in the room, one bath robe and dirty towels. The sink was blocked and no hot water in the shower. The drinks I ordered for room service we not available again, we stayed a year ago and the same, instead they sold us drinks twice the price. I informed the reception about the problems and they didn't care. Will never stay there again. 😡
