Good breakfast but coffee and juices that were part of the breakfast fell short so we ordered those off the menu at an extra cost. The hotel is Conveniently Close to SM mall. Room was small so we upgraded to a large and clean room. Staff was always friendly and helpful. There was a problem with a slow drain in the shower that they improved but it slowed again on our last day there. Overall, a pleasant stay.

It was nice and cozy. Interior is nice. I like the size of the room. However, the white towels provided were old and grayish. The room and beddings smells moldy. The front entrance was crowded with bystanders and vendors when we arrived in the evening, which makes it feel unsafe.

Staff are all nice and helpful. Very quite and rooms are big. The only problem is that you have to pay for the Ice if you request for it. They charge 25 pesos for small bucket of ice.
