It was very noisy in my room, I can hear the people across me talking so loudly and them knocking on the door. My room was on the city side and the traffic keeps on waking me up. I enjoyed the hot shower though and the staff of the hotel were very attentive.

Excellent stay overall. The staff were outstanding and consistently provided warm, attentive service throughout my visit. The facilities were well maintained, and the room was clean and comfortable. The hotel’s location is also very convenient-close to Festive Walk, making it easy to access dining and shopping options. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

All the staff were very friendly and courteous, always ready to help with a smile! Service was top notch and world class! Would not find same quality here in the USA. Shoutout to all the room attendants and hosekeeping, for keeping our room tidy and clean! Also to the room service for promptly attending our requests! Great breakfast buffet with quite a variety of entries and the kitchen staff were awesome, specially to Krystel and Frances Jewel for great service with a smile! Dining there was truly remarkable!Everyone including the front desk and concierge were always ready for a helping hand! Truly awesome and wonderful, if not unforgettable experience and stay for 13 days! Although we came home for a family loss, the staff made us feel a part of a great family! We should have picked this hotel last year instead of staying at Zuri Hotel. Marriott is comparable in price to Zuri but Marriott is much quieter than Zuri. Yes, Zuri Hotel is located next to SM but the bars behind Zuri blasting their music from 7PM to 3AM then again at 6AM to 8-9AM was a total hell. Marriott is located next to Festive Walk with lots of shops and restaurants, SM is only $1 away via Grab if you need to go there. Ultimately, it is very peaceful and quiet at night which we had a nice rest every night. The gym is excellent and I used it a few times. The pool is also a nice addition and the kids loved it. Stay at Marriott, you wont regret it!!!
