It’s the first time we have stayed in the hotel and it won’t be the last. Everything and everyone could not have been more attentive and accommodating. My ONLY negative (which was my choice) was our room was located on the second floor and when we book the next time I would select a first floor room.
We stayed at the Craven Heifer for 2 nights whilst attending a wedding at Bolton Abbey. The location was ideal for us.
Addingham is a lovely villlage in a beautiful spot.
The staff on Reception and in the restaurant/ bar were lovely - so friendly, welcoming & helpful. Nothing was too much trouble.
Breakfast and dinner were excellent (we can highly recommend the steak pie).
Whilst the bathroom was quite large, the room itself wasn’t huge but had everything we could possibly need and was very clean.
We would stay again.
A comfortable bed, excellent pillows and head support. Also, very good facilities and friendly Staff. Breakfast was plentiful if required and varied.
Kieran, the general manager dealt with every eventuality swiftly and graciously.
