A equipe tudo bem,infelizmente no restaurante que faz um serviço terceirizado,ontem a noite pedir um jantar e no feijão tinha alguma coisa estranha que mordir e acabou quebrando meu dente, falei com o gerente do restaurante e mim tratou friamente como se eu mesmo tivesse quebrado com o impacto de outro dente, como se eu estivesse comendo pela primeira vez.Os funcionários do restaurante foram bastante educados e entenderam a situação. E fiquei no prejuízo.

A localização é maravilhosa, de frente para o mar. Os funcionários muito atenciosos e a comida é boa. Só tenho uma coisa a dizer é que a administração poderia ter um espaço para venda de conveniências, pois, é longe (30Km de Ilhéus) em caso de necessidade para comprar qualquer coisa.

Crítica contrutiva

Muito bonito o local, muito mesmo, reparei que estão se adequando para melhorar o conforto e estrutura, porém a detalhes que precisam ser corrigidos, por exemplo o cardápio estava com um preço acima da média de outros hotéis e restaurantes, como o local é BEM LONGE do comércio, bares e restaurantes, seria interessante facilitar a vida do hóspede. As cobertas deixam a desejar muito, café da manhã sempre as mesmas opções durante os dias que ficamos. Solicitei um quarto e alojaram em outro inferior ao que contratei, em fim da para melhorar para ficar algo bem atrativo.
