Very spacious but spotty wifi

This hotel was very spacious and has a nice pool and a cool view. It is off of the main road which makes for quieter days/nights. However, the wifi was very spotty and the advertised restaurant was not in operation during our stay

Where harmony built its shelter

Exquisitely designed by its owners Neia and Michael, the building combines an overall minimalistic line with small details of Brazilian exuberance. This is what first impressed us. The attention is friendly and relaxed on the side of the owners, but at the same time the personnel is very professional, taking the best of two worlds as a hotel and as a family ran pousada. The pool area has a wonderful view to the sea and the illumination at night makes you want to stay to sleep there. The place is far from the livest part of the island (Vila) though there are some restaurants and bars around the two nearby beaches (the most popular in the island). It is a good idea to have your own means of transport since buses are not always direct and the design of the routes forces you to always change buses at Balsa. We actually went almost every night to Vila, though the bus trip was not what we most enjoyed. For us it was an excellent choice since our main plan was to relax by the pool and walk to the beaches nearby. Highly recommendable, its name "refuge of harmony" is very well chosen so as to describe the kind of experience you get.

Muito bom

Lugar bem interessante para passar alguns dias sem muito luxo mas de forma confortável. Claro que há possibilidades de melhorias, como na higienização das roupas de cama, e de reparos no quarto em si. Mas de modo geral, atende muito bem, café da manhã gostoso, atendimento muito bom. O único problema que tive no final da estadia resolveram de forma bem rápida

Pousada excelente.

Experiência incrível. O local é muito bonito. Na primeira noite ficamos em um quarto econômico porém não foi uma boa experiência, pois ficava perto do portão e incomodava muito o barulho das pessoas entrando e saindo por isso tivemos que trocar para um quarto de luxo. Depois dessa troca foi tudo perfeito. A vista é linda e o café da manhã é excelente, o atendimento também foi ótimo. O Felipe e Franco nos atenderam muito bem. Recomendo.
