O quarto estava em boas condições, porém a limpeza deixa a desejar. O estacionamento não é demarcado o que fez com que tivemos que deixar o carro na rua pois infelizmente o ser humano não tem senso de coletividade e não estaciona adequadamente para caber todos. Porém seria resolvido se o hotel ao menos fizesse marcações no chão. Por ser próximo a mata tem muito borrachudo e pernilongo, bom levar muito repelente e inseticida. As piscinas são pequenas o que faz com que os hóspedes se sintam incomodados com muita gente na piscina e acabamos não utilizando. Pelo valor não achei a estrutura do hotel tão boa, tem hotéis melhores em Ilhabela.

As fotos e vídeos da pousada no aplicativo nao condiz com a realidade da pousada, quarto com mofo nas paredes , areas comuns sem manutenção e sem limpeza (abandonado), cafe da manhã muito diferente das fotos bem limitado. Reclamei do mofo na parade do quarto e só no segundo dia q me transferiram para outro quarto.

Quarto cheirando mofo, ar condicionado sem manutenção ( impossível ser usado). Saí com crise alérgica. Quarto tinha baratas mortas. Atendentes de recepção zero simpatia e sequer deram alternativa quando problemas foram apontados. Não voltaremos.
