Senti falta de um profissional mais atencioso na recepção o atendimento pareceu um pouco forçado, sem muita preocupação com o hóspede. Por outro lado, o hotel em si é maravilhoso muito bonito e bem limpo. O café da manhã é bom, mas poderia melhorar na qualidade dos bolos. Os quartos são bem confortáveis e a localização é ótima, sem dúvida.

Tivemos 2 problemas e foram resolvidos. 1- quarto que estava na foto do hotel.com não era o que colocaram a gente ( a varanda tinha um paredão, mas era pq colocaram a gente no térreo. Acho q devem adicionar fotos desse quarto para não terem mais problemas) eles resolveram depois do meu marido reclamar e colocaram em outro quarto. 2 - banheiro estava entupido e logo que falamos já resolveram. Então eles foram bem solícitos. A localização do hotel é muito boa e a piscina gostosa. Os quartos precisam muito de uma reforma. A limpeza do quarto era boa.

Tive problemas no check-in queria ckbrar para uzar o qurto conjugado, dizendo que teve erro do hotel.com que mandou a reserva so para 2 pessos e quem tinho que resolver usso era eu so que logo em seguida chegou outro cliente com o mesmo problema ai o gerente autorozou a entrada porque os valores estava correto para 4 pessias.

Tivemos problemas com vazamento de água de chuva dentro do quarto, me mudaram para outro quarto que tinha o mesmo problema e nada foi feito. Fiquei indignado, tivemos que conviver com a cacheira particular dentro do quarto. Detalhe a direção do hotel nem pediu desculpas pelo ocorrido e nem fui procurado pelo episódio. Lamentável isso ocorrer. Pagar por uma estadia e ficar a derivara, literalmente. Não recomendo e nunca mais volto neste hotel. Tem pousadas de valores inferiores, que são melhores.

O quarto e grande porem necessita de alguma manutenção. Gostei da localidade do hotel, a piscina muito boa, cafe da manhã bem servido. Apenas para pessoas com necesdidade de locomoção tem certa dificuldade pois nao ha elevadores ou sistema de rampas.
