Now under owner-management, a large, beautifully presented Victorian house with amazing sea views set over three storeys. Less than a ten minute walk to the sea-front and Ilfracombe town centre, the house has four double bedrooms, a large, stunning lounge with high ceilings, separate dining room, brand new, fully fitted kitchen and newly installed shower-room/WC in addition to the existing bathroom and two further WCs. Parking at the rear/on-street parking, plus attractive front & rear gardens.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.

We had a lovely stay at this property. A nice walk to the harbour, you have to expect the hills! The House had everything we needed for our stay and a lovely well equipped kitchen. Good communication with hoste throughout. The parking space at the house was tricky to get to if no spaces are available at the front of the house. Overall a very enjoyable stay
