Take the lift up to the top floor of the building to find your private quarters. Leave your outerwear in the hall and head through to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with its glass doors to the balcony and spectacular Bristol Channel views. Throw these open on summer days to bring in a sea breeze and, when the weather is clear, see if you can spot Wales in the distance. Settle on the plush sofa with your book or in front of the Smart TV then amble over to the modern kitchen to rustle up a delicious meal. Above this welcoming space is a mezzanine floor, with another cosy relaxation area and a second Smart TV. The family bathroom and the bedrooms are on the lower level of the apartment. These include a double, with an en-suite WC and views out over the town, and a twin, where you can wake up to the sight of the sea. Unwind out on the balcony on summer evenings as the sun goes down over the sea. From October to April, parking is on the street, subject to availability. At other times, you can pause here to unload.
