Small fisherman's cottage with a terrace by the sea

At the tip of Tudy Island, a few steps from the water and close to restaurants, located in a cul-de-sac, you will find this magnificent little fisherman's house, completely renovated in 2020 with a terrace. It is composed of a living room on the first floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and access to terrace. Upstairs a shower room, separate toilet and two bedrooms (a bedroom with double bed of 140 x190 and a bedroom with single beds of 90*190 triple bunk bed (possibility of twin beds). The kitchen is fully equipped (microwave oven, dishwasher, Nespresso capsule machine, French press, accessories, etc.), washing machine, WIFI, 57cm Weber barbecue with ignition fireplace. <br>Weekly reservation (weekend depending on the period) Possibility of renting household linen (15 euros per bed and 10 euros per person for towels). Privileged location. It is only possible to smoke outside the house and our animal friends are not accepted, thank you for your understanding. <br>Being located at the tip of the island there is no private parking space, you can park near the house to unload the car and park in the public squares not far from the accommodation. Rental 2 nights minimum from October 1st to May 31st. <br>Rental from Saturday to Saturday (one week minimum) for the months of June, July, August and September.
