Emplacement idéal pr prendre son Kfé du réveil à même la plage . Petite maison fonctionnelle, calme, très agréable. j'ai aimé la douche : d'habitude, j'arrête pas de me cogner, ms celle-ci fait exactement la taille pr éviter ça !Environnement idéal pour les balades. Rien n'est loin. Loueurs très sympas et accessibles.

Zu zweit ist das Haus wirklich toll. Direkt am Strand gelegen konnten wir uns im Garten sonnen und einfach zum schwimmen schnell rüber hüpfen. Es gibt eine neue Küche mit kleinem Backofen,Mikrowelle,Kaffeemaschine und ausreichend Geschirr.

Traumhaft gelegen

Jeden Abend zum Rauschen des Meeres einzuschlafen und morgens wieder aufzuwachen, ist einfach ein Traum. Die Lage des Häuschens ist wirklich perfekt. Man ist für sich in einem großen Garten und hinter einer Hecke, kann aber vom Schlafzimmer aus direkt auf das Meer schauen. Dieses schluckt auch die Geräusche vom Strand. Wir waren in der Nebensaison, es war also nicht sehr voll, daher ruhig. Sein Auto kann man direkt im Grundstück parken. Die Vermieterin ist sehr charmant und freundlich, hat uns sogar Bretonische Galettes und Cidre geschenkt. Das Haus war weitgehend sauber, das Bad hat genügend Stauraum, allerdings hätte die Dusche eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen können. Aber was solls - für diese Lage kann man sich auch damit mal abfinden. Wir hatten unseren kleinen Hund dabei, die auch sehr viel Spaß besonders im großen Garten und bei schönen Wanderungen entlang der bretonischen Küste hatte. Allerdings sind Hunde am Strand direkt vorm Haus nicht erlaubt. Alles in allem war es ein herrlicher, entspannter Urlaub in einem hübschen Häuschen am Strand. :-)

Agréable petite maison de vacances

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à 2 adultes et un enfant de 5 ans dans cette petite maison de vacances. L'emplacement est plus qu'idéal, directement sur la plage qui est également un spot de surf, donc il y a de l'animation quand il y a des vagues ! La plage est magnifique et le chemin qui la longe permet de faire de jolies promenades en vélo ou à pieds. Nous avons beaucoup aimé et reviendrons probablement.

Kleinod mit böser Überraschung

Wir freuten uns auf den Ferienaufenthalt in Ile-Tudy, vor allem auf das schöne, kleine Standhäuschen. Aufgrund anderer Beschriebe wussten wir, dass es Punkto Inventar nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand ist, wir dem können wir gut leben. Leider aber war das kleine Haus komplett "verschmuddelt", was für uns eine böse Überraschung war. Die 80 jährige Besitzerin führte uns auf Französisch kurz durch die Bleibe. Beim Auspacken entdeckten wir dann, dass das Haus arg verpilzt war und ungeputzt. Wir standen kurz davor wieder abzureisen, haben dann aber Putzmaterialien gekauft und am nächsten Tag in 7 Stunden eine Grundreinigung durchgeführt. Danach war es uns etwas wohler. Als wir den Sohn der Vemieterin ansprachen betreffend dem Zustand des Häuschens, gab er zu verstehen, dass es offenbar mit einer Zwischenreinigung vor unserem Einzug nicht geklappt hat. Keine Worte der Entschuldigung oder des Bedauerns. Wir gehen davon aus, dass die Bleibe eine zeitlang nicht vermietet war und nicht geheizt wurde, was zum Schimmelbefall führte und dieser extremen Schmuddeligkeit. Das Haus selbst ist ja eigentlich "eine Perle", wenn es gut gewartet würde. Zudem liegt es hervorragend, mit Blick vom Schlafzimmer aus direkt auf das Meer mit schönem Strand. Wir finden es einfach extrem stossend, wenn der Vermieter diesen hohen Mietpreis verlangt wegen der Lage des Hauses und seines Charms, aber seine Eigenleistung derart nicht erbringt. Wir werden hier nie mehr mieten.

Au son des vagues

Nous avons aimé beaucoup la petite maison, vue superbe, à 25 pas de la plage magnifique (nous avons compté) ;-) Accueil très chaleureux, petit bouquet de fleurs du jardin très apprécié ! S'endormir au son des vagues, c'est magnifique... Nous aimerions retourner!! Centre de Ile-Tudy et de St Marine pas loin en voiture ou mieux en bicyclette, possibilité de louer au camping du Bois d'amour. Nous recommandons fortement aussi les plats à emporter du traiteur italien, la table de Vania !!

Kleines Häuschen direkt am Strand

Das Häuschen für 2 Personen hat Charakter und liegt direkt am Zugang zum Strand. Allerdings etwas renovierungsbedürftig, Abstriche muß man am Komfort (in die Jahre gekommene Küchengeräte wie Herd, Backofen, Kühlschrank) machen. Das Schlafzimmer im OG wird über eine innenliegende, sehr steile und schmale Treppe erreicht. Vom Schlafzimmer aus hat man einen schönen Blick aufs Meer und auf dem kleinen Balkon finden 2 Personen Platz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfbereit. Wir fanden den Preis für das Haus und seine Ausstattung schon hoch, dass muß einem die wirklich schöne Lage halt wert sein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt jedenfalls sehr genossen.

Nettes kleines Haus für 2 Personen, allerdings etwas abgerockt. Stumpfes und kaum durchschaubares Wohnzimmerfenster, aufgequollende Badezimmer- und Küchenschränke, einfache und sehr billige Möbel. Eigentlich nicht so wichtig, aber es ist auch nicht günstig. Kann man aber drüber weg schauen, bei der Lage und dem tollen Ort mit einem tollen Strand. Für uns war es ein super toller Urlaub. Wir kommen wieder.

Das Häuschen ist gut für jüngere Urlauber- man schaut vom Balkon vor dem Schlafzimmer direkt auf das Meer- nur ein Fußweg dazwischen. Das Wasser warm, der Strand kilometerlang und feinsandig und total sauber. Auf dem Fuß bzw. Radweg erreicht man ein Dorf mit Restaurants Bars. Ein Traumurlaub!

Hervorragende Lage in erster Reihe. Für 2 Personen gerade ausreichende Größe, kleine sehr steile Treppe zum kleinen Schlafzimmer mit sehr schönem Meerblick, Meeresrauschen abends inklusive. Dem Haus selbst würden einige Renovierungsarbeiten gut anstehen. In Summe wegen der Lage und dem kurzen Weg zum Strand positive Bewertung.

Charmante petite maison les pieds dans l'eau

Nous sommes enchantés de ces 3 semaines passées dans cette location. Nous avons découvert le Finistère Sud et sommes tombés sous le charme de ses paysages dont nous ne soupçonnions pas l'existence en Bretagne.😉 Nous avons aimé la maison parfaite pour deux personnes, surtout son balcon avec vue sur la mer. L accès direct à la plage est un atout non négligeable,et le jardin super agréable .La propriétaire a été très accueillante mais a su rester très discrète et disponible tout au long du séjour.

Charmante petite location.

Idéalement placée en bordure de mer. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour durant les vacances de février. La location est sympa et confortable, seul petit bémol, le coin repas est un peu exigu surtout quand la période ne permet pas de manger dehors. La propriétaire est charmante et très serviable.

La maison par elle même est agreable.La plus grande difficulté est l'accès à la chambre du 1er etage.Escalier très etroit et loin d'être aux normes(le parcours du combatant) maison a privilégier aux personnes de moins de 50 ans,confort rudimentaire Tres bien pour 2 personnes mis à part ce maudit combat avec l'escalier.Si nous avions su ce désagrément nous n'aurions pas loué.A part sa situation toute proche de l'océan la location est passable.Avertissements aux futurs locataires eventuels.

Petite maison les pieds dans l'eau

Petite maison de poupée, très bien située. Petit déjeuner face à la mer, personne... du soleil le matin et jusqu'à 14h et l'après-midi jusqu'au soir coté grand jardin arboré. maison fonctionnelle, escalier, intérieur, un peu pentu et étroit mais escalier extérieur donnant sur la chambre (c'est les vacances on s'adapte ) très bonne literie. Propriétaire très discret mais disponible si besoin. Petite attention à notre arrivée, une bonne bouteille de cidre. Nous avons passez des très bonnes vacances avec du soleil pendant 15 jours. Qui a dit qu'il ne faisait pas beau en Bretagne ? Merci !
