Upon entering the house, you will access the main floor where you will discover a colourful and warm living space. It includes a lounge with armchairs, sofa and television, a welcoming dining room, as well as an independent kitchen.
Fully equipped for your comfort, the kitchen has a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a toaster, a filter coffee maker and a Magimix coffee maker, not forgetting all the utensils necessary to prepare delicious dishes.
On this same floor, you will also find a bedroom with a double bed (140x190) as well as an independent toilet.
On the second floor, you will have access to two further bedrooms, each equipped with two single beds (90x190), as well as a bathroom with toilet.
In the basement, a multipurpose space awaits you with a small games room featuring a ping-pong table, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. You will be able to access the terrace and garden from both the basement and the upper floor.
For greater convenience, a parking space is available right in front of the garage.
