This charming house located in ROCHIGOU, in the southwestern part of the island, offers a high level of comfort (the two houses form a single unit that opens onto an enclosed, private outdoor area). <br>The property features an outdoor hot tub, a terrace, and a small garden area where you’ll enjoy relaxing moments. The house has 4 bedrooms with ocean views and 3 bathrooms (3 bedrooms with a 160-cm bed and 1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds), as well as a loft with a 2-person sofa bed, allowing it to accommodate up to 10 people. A beautiful, fully equipped living room is perfect for spending quality time with family or friends.<br>You can reach the magnificent Porz Leien beach via the coastal path; the beach is located 35 meters from the house.<br>Sheets and towels provided.<br><br>Reservations available for weekends (excluding school vacation periods).<br>Weekly or biweekly reservations available year-round

Maison très agréable et fonctionnelle, bien équipée, conforme au descriptif. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Le logement se trouve tout près d’une jolie petite plage. Cependant, il y a quelques marches, attention aux jeunes enfants et aux personnes se déplaçant difficilement.Je recommande fortement cette location.

Super séjour sur Batz localisation optimale

Très bonne expérience dans ce logement. Nous recommandons fortement. Emplacement très pratique. Jacuzzi très agréable et bonne literie. Logement a l'état irréprochable.La personne qui gère les entrées et sorties est également très sympathique.

Batz 2024

Un très bon accueil à l arrivée, une maison confortable, joliment décorée, propre et bien équipée. Nous avons bien profité du jacuzzi, de la terrasse sans vis à vis. Un endroit calme sur une île authentique.
