A beachfront villa perfectly situated a few steps from the sun-kissed beach of Ferma, on the south part of Crete, the Villa is a modern, fully equipped house that can host 10 guests in absolute comfort and privacy.
The propertys location is one of its main highlights as it consists of one of the most beautiful and pristine parts of the popular island of Crete.
The villa has been elegantly decorated with a contemporary touch and features airy, luminous spaces flooded with breathtaking views of the bay of Ferma.
The villas exterior plot is literally a paradise! Its vast lawned garden is dotted with olive trees, large cacti, and agaves that co-exist with indigenous flora and aromatic bushes. Right in the heart of this paradisiacal courtyard, a 40sq.m. swimming pool offering unobscured views of the Libyan Sea is found.
A shaded lounging area and a dining area for 12 on the side of the pool will give moments of fun with the whole group while the several sitting spots scattered throughout the vast gardens will gift you precious private time.
Step outside and you will find yourself only a few feet away from the beach.
A shaded area with umbrellas, private sunbeds and fun beach activities such as SUP and canoes are offered to anyone who wishes to explore the bays.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool. There's a private balcony. A kitchen is outfitted with a microwave and a dishwasher. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine, and housekeeping is provided on a limited basis.
