This apartment is located in a house consisting of two apartments under one roof. The 50 m² apartment features one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a single bed in the living room, accommodating 4 or 5 guests, with a garden and parking space next to the house. The garden is fenced and includes a grill. Lake view. Situated on the lake, the vacation rental is nestled in a green park whose natural terraces slope gently down to the beach, offering the rentals a magnificent view. The park features vacation rentals, a swimming pool (open from mid-May to mid-September), a comfortable and excellent restaurant, a pizzeria, a mini-market, tennis, and table tennis.

The lake is only 50 meters away as the crow flies, but it’s a 300-meter walk down stairs and along paths to the beach. Bed linens are not provided; you can bring your own or rent them (by reservation only). Bath and kitchen linens are not provided and must be brought from home.
