It gets 5 stars from me because the staff was so very friendly. Sure, it wasn’t the cleanest or most updated, but that was expected.

It was a great stay except people were smoking marijuana outside the door and we were the room closest to the exit. So the smell was terrible. The staff was helpful and the room was clean.

The property was clean as it could be. It was about a 2.5 star hotel and it ok for one night. I don't regularly stay at this was the best I could fine in that area which was Broken Bow Oklahoma. Very small town with many cabins and very few hotel choices. I must say the very helpful and polite. She went out her way to make us feel comfortable. There is a need for more receptionist like her. She helped us with information on everything we needed.

The facility and room was clean and the staff was friendly. The breakfast was very limited and they ran out of coffee. They were short on staff so we had to wait an additional hour or so to get in our room as well as the beverage machine was broken. I would have liked to have coffee machine in the room but they don't provide one. Overall it was a good stay.

Staff was friendly. Room had a musty smell, no toilet paper in the bathroom. They never gave us clean towels or cleaned our room the 2 days we stayed. Outside the property had trash all over , cigarette butts all around the pool area. Could have been so much cleaner

Our motel could not have been better, very clean and everything was fine, rooms could have been larger: but fine for what we were charged. THE STAFF FROM CHECK-IN TO BEING GIVEN OUR RECEPT AT CHECK OUT WAS OUTSTANDING, We have received no friendlier service at hotel/motels at costing 3 times as much. If we are ever in the area we would not think of staying anywhere else.

The good, nice helpful staff, air conditioning was sufficient
