This loft has authentic charm and lovingly preserved original features. Enjoy a bright, naturally ventilated, southwest-facing 65 m² space. Sliding doors separate the areas. There is also a private, partly covered 25 m² terrace.



Sleeping & Living

Bamboo bed (160×200 cm), pine wardrobe, parquet flooring and 2 cots on request. The living area has rattan furniture imported directly from Thailand, a daybed, a dining table with three chairs, a desk and satellite TV. Sleeping options include the bedroom, daybed and sofa bed.



Panoramic Kitchen

Stylish kitchen with a 2-ring induction hob and panoramic views of palm trees, the bay and sunset. A 2 m tall fridge, dishwasher and sink counter add convenience.



Bathroom

The shower room (1.40 × 1.40 m) and washroom with toilet (3 × 2 m) each have a skylight. Both are sunny, well ventilated and separated from the living area by sliding doors.



Location & Atmosphere

On a hillside about 80 m above sea level, in a car-free pedestrian area. The apartment overlooks the bay and Garachico; the garden seating area at the property's entrance overlooks Mount Teide. The hillside and sliding doors enhance the open-air feel. To protect the environment, water and allergy sufferers, cleaning uses a patented, eco-friendly system largely free of fragrances.



Outdoor Area & Working Remotely

Covered outdoor office under the pergola, high-speed Wi-Fi even in the bedroom, and access via steps to the beach, restaurants and local corner shop. The bus stop is 80 m away. The path to the bus stop and parking area is steep and stony.
