Modern, beautiful hotel with incredible views. The staff was incredibly helpful with everything, bedroom and bathrooms were clean and full of amenities. Food at the Cask restaurant was also great. Wish I could stay here longer!!

I returned to this hotel simply because the staff are truly wonderful. The location is beautiful with views each way of the dunes & nightsky. The pool is beautiful & the food & cocktail menu is of exceptional quality. This is not the cheapest hotel around but the quality makes it great value. Mr O’Connor runs a tight ship, the reception & security staff are always on hand to help with impeccable service & the bar & restaurant run by My Brian is great. The young staff are always attentive, on hand with good recommendations & make the best in the area. I couldn’t think of one area for improvement for the staff as they are literally that good. Do try the ribs & crème brûlée they are wonderful!

The room was bare, with no facial tissues and a leaking toilet that made a loud noise when refilled throughout the night. The wash sink did not have hot water; only the shower had hot water. Our room was on the fourth floor, and the hotel did not have an elevator. Moreover, the stairs are concrete and chipped, which poses a risk for elderly travelers.
