Excellent hotel. Modern decor, new fixtures, clean, friendly, nice pool. Very close to bars and restaurants. A taxi stop is right in front of the hotel. A little far away from the Ibiza mayhem, but at the same time, it is quiet so one can rest. Definitely, I will come back to this hotel.

The location was great..however for the price you paid they should provide pool towel but they charge for it. There is a manager by the name Paola she was horrible with guest. My stay was not horrible. I would not recommend this place and they made you wear this wristband which I thought was very tacky

Very good: Position close to CityBoat Very bad: there is no direct access to the beach (the access door is blocked with chains), to take a swim in the sea you need to go outside the hotel through a dirty & smelly area. Very frustrating

Modern and clean hotel, really helpful staff. The reception is very busy they probably can have more people there, any time I went there was a bit of a wait, and a couple of times when I called I couldn't get through to anyone. Otherwise the breakfast has fantastic options. The room is spacious and feels clean. We had a beautiful view of the water too.

Enjoyable 4 days in the sunshine ☀️

Hubby and I wanted a get away that was easy. The twiins was well maintained clean and well laid out. We had a high floor room as requested over looking the pool. Walking distance from Ibiza town and Bossa with ferry bus at the shore edge. Food was good and we were there all inclusive. Wines were great and drinks on offer. Sunbeds were plenty at high of season. Twiin please please please stick to your strict rules of no towels reserving beds as it’s a god send and would encourage me back!! Bar service in both joy and life were lovely but the pool bar not so good. They often found prepping or doing drinks for waiters more important so you’re left hanging trying to get attention. The bee 🐝 sting of whole stay was the (would like to swear here) staff who was tasked to sweep the pool area in the morning…. With an air blower !!! Started at 8am and finish around 9.30 am all the way through breakfast completely ruining everyone’s calm peaceful morning coffee. This happened every morning. I have video footage. It was so loud you could barely have a conversation on the breakfast veranda it was exhausting! Second day I mentioned it to the reception and they just struggled. Another niggle is the hotel is at the waters edge but the gates directly out are locked so if you fancy a paddle in the sea you had to go out the main entrance and all the way round the side. Seemed a bit silly. Entertainment was entertaining 👌
