OVERALL: This hotel is a CATFISH. I enjoyed the location of the hotel. You can’t get better than where it is. The aqua pool is nice but it’s “reserved” for aqua guests and the other pools is over crowded and old. The open bar for the all inclusive is a amzing I can’t complain at all. The food is absolutely disgusting so bad that we would go in try what they had that day and then leave to go spend money at a restaurant. The paella is gross. Security is top notch which takes away large gatherings of people not staying at the resort but is super relaxed with noise if your a guest. The staff are mostly super friendly especially our cleaning lady! However one of the front desk guys that takes care of the nights is extremely rude and unprofessional but all the other ones are amazing ! The front desk will order you taxis at no charge which was awsome!!. A tattoo parlor on site was cool to see. Vending machines for water and snacks that wasn’t overpriced. I do wish they would keep their bar open later seems wayyyyy to early to close at 11 pm and the food times are pretty good although I would have loved to have a extremely basic like snack table open all the time or something like that. The rooms are very old and outdated. Our shower head was broken when we arrived but when I told the cleaning lady she had it cleaned in like 10 min!! Very good if you make a request for anything (extra pillows bed sheets anything). Our bathroom smelled a little moldy but wasn’t bad.

Nice hotel. Breakfast was great, a lot of (the same) options every day. Very busy place with a lot of young people having fun but it was quiet at night to sleep (pool closes at 8 pm). I travelled with my 11-year old autistic and nonverbal son and a friend, and the hotel was still family-friendly. Staff were very friendly too. Nice location. Very close to the airport. Several restaurants and grocery stores nearby too to eat and drink. Drinks at the hotel were expensive. Not close enough to the beach by walk, it's better to get a taxi to go to the Ushuaia beach.

Hotel was perfect and our stay was great, my only negative point is that the ground floor shower outside of the room was not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel, nevertheless, it was great to have access and free use of the shower, once you have checked out and ready to head off to the airport.

Overpriced … this is a renovated old hotel with new bright lights to distract you. The food I’d give a 4 (out of 10). There was limited parking in the lot (about 15-20 total) but there was some parking available on the street so included parking is a misnomer. I had a huge hairball around the chair leg and my room floor was visibly dirty when I checked in. I complained to front desk the next day and they asked me why I didn’t complain as soon as I checked in as tho they didn’t believe me. They sent someone to clean the room 4 times after that and while the room floor got cleaned, the hairball remained. It’s likely still there while you’re reading this.
