Thankfully only stayed here one night. There were stains in my bed sheets. There is a coffee machine with pods but they didnt give you anybpods. When we went to reception you to ask for some they said you had to pay for the pods….. not really what to expect from a 5 star hotel. Massively over priced

The amenities were excellent complimented by the food. The only hiccup was the bed/room situation where I thought there would be a bed and couch instead of just 1 bed.. This is a great place for a family trip, solo, and a romantic getaway….

Located walking distance from shopping and the cathedral. Accessible by a single bus from the airport or a 25 Euro taxi, very conveniently located. Staff is good, facilities are beautiful. Great restaurant on the roof and the pool was really nice!

The hotel was clean, well located, and matched the description perfectly. The proximity to the beach and many great restaurants made everything easy and enjoyable. Just returned from another lovely stay. The staff are what make this hotel so special to us, but I am a great believer in you get back what you give, and it doesn’t cost anything to be kind, friendly and courteous. From the warm welcome and goodbye of the reception staff, Alfredo and the restaurant staff keeping us well fed, Juan and the bar staff keeping us well hydrated and the Angela and the spa staff relaxing us. Thanks for all the hugs, we are missing you already. Haste pronto x

Would not recommend.

We didn’t actually stay here at all as the staff was rude and extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming and the room wasn’t what we expected or paid for. We’re still waiting to hear back regarding a refund. We was in the hotel lobby a total of around 15 minutes on 2 separate occasions and on BOTH occasions 2 other guests had complained about this hotel also. A complete disaster from start to finish.
