You will stay in a unique national monument, a wagon barn originally built in 1850 with many authentic details. The house is located in the Reest valley on over 1 hectare of private land with parking facilities and is laid out as a nature preserve with a large orchard, hedges, geriefbos and pond. The holiday home is ideal for a family of 4 with 4 children/teenagers. In the well-equipped kitchen you can prepare your own meals and eat them at the spacious dining table. There is a private terrace where you can end the day with a drink of your choice. In the partially fenced garden, children can play to their heart's content and enjoy the beautiful nature. The house is practically adjacent to a 940-hectare forest and robust, climate-proof nature reserve, vledders and Leijer Hooilanden. In the forest is a beautiful swimming pond with beach. There are countless hiking and cycling routes in the area. The centre is a short distance away to buy the first necessities. In the local supermarket you can do all the shopping you need. Enjoy the delights of the restaurants nearby or visit one of the many tourist attractions. If you like swimming, there are several swimming pools a short distance away. Please note that it is a fireworks-free house, so no candles inside, no bbq with coal/brikets/gas and no open fires. In addition, there should be respect for peace and nature, at night after 10pm there should be silence around the farm. Also, the bunk beds are for children/teenagers only until max 90 kg.
