Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche dort verbracht. Der Empfang durch Lidia war herzlich und fĂŒrsorglich. Wichtig fĂŒr uns: Die Ausstattung an Geschirr und KĂŒchenwerkzeug ist sehr gut, das Haus ist sehr sauber. Das Bett im von uns genutzten Schlafzimmer ist bequem und mit guten Matratzen ausgestattet. Ganz besonders geliebt und genutzt haben wir die Terrasse mit Meerblick, vom FrĂŒhstĂŒck bis in die Nacht. Die Austtattung des Hauses insgesamt ist einfach aber sehr gut urlaubstauglich - es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Leider war unser allererster Eindruck bei der Ankunft nicht der beste - die Bilder des Internetauftritts unterschlagen durchgehend die arg in die Jahre gekommenen SchrĂ€nke in KĂŒche und Schlafzimmer. Unserem Urlaubserlebnis tat dies aber keinen Abbruch. Ärgerlich ist, daß der Vermieter nicht wĂŒnscht, daß man das Auto auf dem GrundstĂŒck abstellt und dies mit einem VorhĂ€ngeschloss am Eingangstor durchsetzt. Das GepĂ€ck muss also zu Fuß und ĂŒber eine Treppe mehr von der Bordsteinkante ins Haus transportiert werden, ebenso die FahrrĂ€der nach einem Ausflug. Dennoch wĂŒrden wir wieder buchen

Super accueil de Lydia, bonne communication avec le propriĂ©taire une maison au top tout ce qu il faut Ă  dispo vraiment paisible et agrĂ©able prĂȘt de tout mĂȘme si il faut la voiture. Encore merci pour ce super sĂ©jour en famille. Et l’avantage d’une location qui n’est pas Obligatoire du samedi au samed en saison et ça c’est un vrai plus car bcp moins de trafic !

Wir waren 2 Wochen im Herbst in dem Haus und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wir waren zu dritt (2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind) mit unserem Hund. Die KĂŒche und das Wohnzimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. WLAN hat sehr gut funktioniert. Kommunikation mit der Hausverwalterin Lidia hat sehr gut geklappt. Hier musste der Translator von Google helfen, weil nur französich gesprochen wurde. Das hat aber gut funktioniert. Wir haben ĂŒber Whatsapp kommuniziert. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen Wohnsiedlung. Beim abendlichen Spaziergang mit Hund muss man wissen, das es keine Strassenbeleuchtung gibt. Wir wĂŒrden das Haus wieder buchen.

Tolle Terrasse

Sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit großer Terrasse. Blick in verschiedene Richtungen aufs Meer. Teilweise mit BĂ€umen verdeckt aber trotzdem herrlich. In einem nur durch Schranke zugĂ€nglichen Wohngebiet gelegen. Dadurch sehr ruhig. Zum Wasser ist es nicht weit aber durch die Hanglage haben wir dann trotzdem das Auto benutzt. Im Haus selbst ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Alles ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber zweckmĂ€ĂŸig. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Auch weil diese Region an der Cote D'Azur einfach wunderbar und Abwechslungsreich ist.

Un beau moment en famille

Villa trĂšs bien situĂ©e, dans un bel environnement calme au milieu des pins qui procurent un ol rage bienvenu en plein Ă©tĂ©. La maison est telle que prĂ©sentĂ©e dans l’annonce, et on s’y sent tout de suite trĂšs bien. 3 belles chambres, une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, une piĂšce Ă  vivre agrĂ©able et une grande terrasse bĂ©nĂ©ficiant d’une vue superbe. SEMAINE TRES AGREABLE

Nous avons passés une belle semaine avec beaucoup d'espace dans la maison. Bien profité de la grande terrasse et d'une belle vue sur la presqu'il de Gien. La maison est trÚs bien équipée, il ne manque rien. Beaucoup de vaisselles, c'est appréciable, ustensiles pour cuisiner, une plancha efficace. La literie est confortable. Schönes Haus

Alles super. Check in und out hat gut geklappt. Schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern, großer Terrasse mit Meerblick. Garten zum verstecken spielen fĂŒr Kinder auch super. Sehr gut ausgestattete KĂŒche mit SpĂŒlmaschine und Gasherd und Backofen. Auch ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck vorhanden. Auch super wenn man als große Familie verreist, ist die Waschmaschine. Liegt unterhalb Hyeres Innenstadt. Strand ist schnell mit Auto zu erreichen. Empfehlenswert. Vielen lieben Dank.

On the mountain

The house is nice, everything what you need is there. Furniture ok but a bit tired. Lovely terrace, quiet neighborhood. We had bad luck because there was a lot of noice of the gardeners across the road. The house is not near a beach, you have to walk for half an hour and descend the mountain. There are some stone stairs to go down the hill. Hyeres is a lovely place especially the old part. We visited also villa Noailles, recommended! The contact with the owner and the “key keeper” was fine.
