The living area features a large open kitchen, fully equipped: oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine, induction hob, dishwasher and American fridge. A large table is perfect for sharing meals.

A laundry space with washer is available in an adjoining external room.

The house has a main bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink, plus 2 separate toilets.

Sleeping arrangements:

- 2 master suites (140 cm bed), each with private bathroom (walk-in shower) and terrace access

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 cm) convertible into a 160 cm double bed

- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm)

Outside, enjoy a large sea-view area with terrace and pergola, dining table, plancha, 2 sun loungers and a sheltered garden lounge, perfect to savour the Southern climate.

We will be back!

Peaceful, Relaxing, Fulfilling, Loads to do and see in the near and middle neighbourhood, well served by busses and cars. The accommodations were superb.

Location confortable

Location très agréable, confortable et très bien située. Pas de vis à vis, au milieu de la végétation. Parfait. Mériterait d'avantage de grands plats, de couteaux de cuisine et d'une grande planche à découper. Grande terrasse parfaite.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est spacieuse et confortable, nous étions 6. Idéalement placée sur la presqu'île et d'un calme absolu. Excellent accueil à l'arrivée.

Schönes Ferienhaus an toller Lage - hält, was es verspricht!

Dieses freistehende Haus ist wirklich ein ganz toller Ort, um Urlaub zu machen. Ausreichend Platz, (wenig) "eigener" Umschwung und die kurze Distanz zum Meer (Port Augier - nicht zum Baden geeignet) machen Freude. Es ist äusserst ruhig gelegen und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Einziges wirkliches Manko ist die schlechte Qualität der Matratzen. Da wäre eine Investition von einigen hundert Euro angebracht - der jetzige Zustand entspricht einfach nicht dem sonst Gebotenen und dem Mietpreis.

Excellent séjour au calme, superbe vue

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette charmante maison au milieu des vignes et jouissant d'une très belle vue sur la mer. La disposition des pièces de la maison est vraiment agréable et spacieuses pour 8 personnes voir 10 en dormant dans le séjour.
