Staff was friendly and helpful. Nick at the front desk was the first person we met and gave excellent customer service. Kevin was the night manager and took care of a malfunctioning air conditioning issue in room by quickly changing our room. Simon the security guard was very helpful with the room change. He was professional and friendly. Beautiful sunset from penthouse pool. Great complimentary breakfast every day!

Loved the room, a studio...roomy, modern, clean. Also very much appreciated the porter Simon who went out of his way to help us with luggage, transportation and taking us to the nearby convenient store. Really a very nice person who made our stay and because of whom, we will return. Indeed, our experience at the front desk upon arrival had not been pleasant after a long tiring overseas trip. The receptionist, a man of dark complexion with a beard had been quite abrasive and limit rude. His customer human contact is almost non- existant. Later on he even came up to the room unannounced to check for a water leak. I was in bed!!! I also wounded myself, and was bleeding. I had a hard time just getting a small bandage. Apparenrly the hotel has no first aid kit. Perhaps, management should put Simon in his place!! Were it not been for Simon, we probably would not stay at this hotel again.

Beware of the barman

Airport shuttle was a bonus. We booked this property for a maximum of 5 hours prior to late night flight. Down fall: Man in bar/restaurant asked if we had AUD currency on us and could he have a look at it. Not an issue. The ISSUE was he just put it in his pocket. SERIOUSLY how rude! There is a difference between look and take. We have our AUD currency back but there is a bitter taste left with us.
