White Sands Retreat is a modern, bright apartment located in the very heart of Hyams Beach. Its central location allows easy access to the local cafe and beaches. This comfortable beach pad includes everthing you need for an easy beach holiday, including lovely homewares and a screened outdoor shower!

Please note:

- Due to the apartments location there may be noise from the Hyams Beach Cafe above during operating hours.
- The single bed and the trundle bed are in the second (smaller) lounge area. This area can be closed off with bifold doors to create a 2nd bedroom.
- Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken.

White Sands Retreat has a 5 night minimum stay throughout the Summer Season.

Where will I be?

White Sands Retreat sits underneath the Hyams Beach Cafe, on the beach side of Cyrus Street. The beach is an easy walk in either direction along Cyrus Street.

Why choose the White Sands Retreat?

Location. Comfort. Ease. Surprisingly spacious and well equipped, you will have everything you need for your beachside holiday including a screened outdoor shower for when you return from the beach!

How is the property laid out?

White Sands Retreat is a single level apartment. Enter through the comfortable living room and make your way to the fully equipped kitchen via the dining area. There is a separate living area that has the single bed and trundle bed that can be closed off using bifold doors. The bedroom has a queen bed and separate toilet. The shared bathroom has a shower and toilet and the laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a back up plan.

What about outdoors?

The patio at White Sands Retreat has a Weber Q and dining setting, perfect for eating alfresco and relaxing outside.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

White Sands Retreat has reverse cycle air conditioning in the lounge that effectively heats and cools the whole apartment.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Linen and bath towels are provided at White Sands Retreat. Please remember to bring your own beach towels.

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is open air parking in front of White Sands Retreat for one car. The garage shown on the floor plan is not accessible to guests.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

White Sands Retreat is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: 5 nights
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
