Villa Sea Escape is located on the island of Hvar, only 3 km from the small town of Brusje and 5.5 km from the town of Hvar. Brusje is known as a beautiful place where you can enjoy the clean air and delight in the lavender scents of the nearby fields. This villa is ideal for an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life, where you can enjoy peace and quiet just 20 metres from the clear Adriatic Sea. The villa offers its guests 350 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 1200 m2. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 10, ideally 8 people. On the upper floor, guests are comfortably accommodated in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms, 4 of which have double beds, and there are also two bedrooms with bunk beds. The villa also has 2 bathrooms with a bathtub and two en-suite bathrooms with a shower cubicle. On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen with a bar and two bar stools where you can prepare meals for family and friends. Right next to the kitchen is a dining room with a dining table for 10 people. The living room has two sofas, a coffee table and a TV where you can relax during the day or in the evening, as well as two portable Bluetooth speakers. On the outdoor terrace there is an infinity pool with a size of 40 m2 and a depth of 1.3 metres. The infinity pool is located on the slope above the house and thus offers a spectacular view of the bay and the neighbouring island of Olta. Next to the pool is a sunbathing lawn with 8 sun loungers. The outdoor dining table is directly accessible from the ground floor and offers beautiful sea views. There is also a seating area on the terrace as well as an outdoor charcoal barbecue. Additional features include a separate WC, an outdoor shower and 2 baby cots. There are 4 car parking spaces available. There are also two moorings for boats up to 10 metres. The pleasant Mediterranean climate with many sunny days a year makes the island of Hvar an ideal place for a summer holiday.
