Villa Majestic is located on the sunny island of Hvar, 200 m from the bright and clear sea. This gorgeous and rustic beauty represents luxury in the full sense, offering its guests 405 m2 of living space. The area of the entire property of this villa is 1500 m2, which categorizes it as a spacious and luxurious dream holiday villa that has a sea view from all rooms! The maximum capacity is 14 people, while the optimal is 12. It consists of the ground floor, first and second floor.



On the ground floor, there are four bedrooms, an outdoor terrace that includes garden furniture where you can enjoy the sun and drink your morning coffee, and at the same time, you will enjoy a panoramic view of the sea and untouched nature. On the terrace, there is also a heated pool of 49 m2 and a depth of 1.4 m. Next to it, there are 14 sun loungers and parasols. There is also a large dining table for 14 people on the terrace, which is covered with a pergola.



On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, a spacious living room of 120 m2, which includes a comfortable sofa, a terrace overlooking the sea, a separate entrance, and a massive wooden dining table for 14 people. The modern and fully equipped kitchen is the ideal place to prepare your favourite dishes to cheer up your loved ones, and on the covered terrace, you will be able to prepare meals on the outdoor grill on charcoal or wood.



The second floor is adorned with an extra-large private terrace equipped with two deck chairs and a parasol, an ideal place to enjoy a night of wine under the stars!



The villa has a total of 6 ensuite bathrooms (4 have a bathtub and 2 showers) and has 1 ordinary bathroom with a shower. You can use an iron, dryer, and washing machine as extras. If children come on holiday together with you, there is a feeder and a baby cot in the villa.

Villa Majestic has an open yard, plenty of space to relax and enjoy, and inside the yard offers four private parking spaces.



The price includes a welcome package (fruit, water, snacks, welcome drink, and drinking water in all rooms), change of towels and bed linen 2 times a week or on request, and daily maintenance (cleaning, bed linen, villa cleaning…).
