Beautiful home in Hvar

The beautiful Villa Magic Sunset is located on the island of Hvar, the island of sun and lavender. It is an island that bears the title of the most beautiful and attractive island in Europe. Thanks to its interesting history and rich cultural heritage, Hvar is better known today than ever before. It has been visited by foreign and domestic tourists for years because it is known as the sunniest Croatian island with over 2700 hours of sunshine a year. Villa Magic Sunset will give you a view of the calm sea and you will be able to enjoy the beautiful sunsets.



The villa, built in 2020 with a modern style of construction, has 180 m2 of living space, and offers accommodation for a maximum of 7 and optimally six people. On the ground floor of the villa, there is a living room which includes a sofa, a table, two armchairs, and a TV. Next to the living room is an exit to the terrace where there is a sitting set with a table and armchair. The ground floor also has a modern kitchen, dining room with a table for six people, and a separate toilet. The villa has a sea view from the living room, kitchen, and one bedroom.



On the outdoor terrace, you will be greeted by a swimming pool of 25 m2 and a depth of 1.35 m, where during summer you will be able to pleasantly refresh yourself during the day or night. Next to it are three sun loungers.



Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one of which includes an ensuite bathroom with bath and shower, while the other two rooms have a shared bathroom with shower.



You can prepare delicious meals not only in the kitchen, but also on the outdoor gas grill, and you can try them on the outdoor dining table, which has six seats.



The villa is fully fenced and offers three private parking spaces inside the yard.



A beautiful panoramic view of the island of Hvar is at your fingertips, and if you are eager to explore, you can go for long walks through the streets of Hvar, swimming on the beaches, and we recommend Tvrdalj, a small Renaissance castle with a pond and a 16th-century park built by the Croatian poet Petar Hektorović.
