The Staff actually met me at the ferry and guided me right to their check-in desk carrying my luggage, that was an amazing benefit, although the room was small, very beautiful and quaint, breakfast was nice, excellent location steps from the gorgeous walking Marina area and old city.

A charming small boutique hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, also very near to the ferry pier. We were just here one night but the room was comfortable (AC if needed) and breakfast was good, hot, made to order. No complaints. Would stay there again.

Clean room short staircase up from the Pier. Wish I had known that they would’ve met me down by the water and carried my suitcases of those stairs.

The location was good, very closed to the ferry dock but with some steps. The staffs were very nice, they met us at the dock and sent us back to dock when we departed and helped carrrying our heavy luggage. Thank you Nat and Milton, sorry if I spelled names wrong. The included breakfast was good too. The only thing that not that good was the room size, it was the smallest among our all hotels on this trip. We could hardly open our two luggage at the same time. But hey, it’s an old preserved house, and the convenient location made up all.

This was a perfect location for a visit to Hvar if you don’t want to be on the beach. We were amongst all the historical and beautiful cobblestone streets and within steps of the waterfront, the old city, etc. Hvar is not very big, so everything is easy to get to. The room was small, but efficient. There was a decent size closet and a small desk, and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was lovely on the outside patio. The staff was so helpful and met us at the ferry to carry our bags. It’s a lovely hotel—I’d definitely recommend.

Hotel Heritage Dea Hvar, not to be confused with the Heritage Hvar Palace Hotel, was a small family owned place with just the right amount of quaint loveliness and proximity to Old Town and the ferry. We walked everywhere. The rooms are all differently arranged, according to the space available. They are well-furnished in an understated way, with modern lighting, plenty of outlets, and a unique configuration. Apparently the family and relatives updated all the rooms themselves. We gleaned information (even where to go for Gelato) from the very friendly, long term employees. Breakfast was very tasty, and included in the price.

If I could give them 6 stars I would! Amazing hotel, fantastic staff and great food. Shout out to Ante for trying to arrange a last minute wine tour for us on a rainy day. The location is great and tucked away from the busy parts of town so it was quiet. Don’t follow Google Maps from the ferry stop as it takes you all the way around when you can just walk in between the businesses to the street near the hotel (less steps). Or better yet, take Mate up on the offer to meet you and help with luggage. We wish we did. The room 202 was the best, with a terrace and couches to lounge. Comfy bed, bathroom and all the amenities you could need. Staff was so nice and food was great.
