Horrible value and unfriendly staff

Really confusing layout that makes no sense. Limited access to the pool unless you go up and down a bunch of staircases and halls, but no direct paths from either of the “wings”, only from the lobby. Staff is very cold and no one mentioned that breakfast was included during check in. Everything is unnecessarily expensive (€5 for a bottle of water, €15 for an aperol spritz) and extremely limited restaurants on site. Avoid the dinner buffet at all costs

Front desk staff is amazing. We checked in late and they were so accommodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was included with our stay and was a full breakfast with lots of variety and everything was so fresh. The pool was Beautiful, refreshing and clean. I would highly recommend and will definitely be back.

It was a stunning hotels with lovely views across the bay. The staff collected your luggage from the ferry (on request) and delivered it to the hotel. It’s a short walk along the front into the picturesque town. Lots of choices for breakfast and good quality food. Would highly recommend.

There were some great benefits like luggage transfer to ferries, breakfast was free with lots of options and staff was friendly. On the other hand, our room was very complicated to get to with no view, our room phone didn’t work which we told the front desk and the technician never came and we thought this hotel had beach chairs but it turned out there was only pool chairs and we had to pay for beach chairs.

It's a decent property. For what I paid, I expected Four Seasons type service. It's not anywhere in the ballpark. Our seaview room was only a seaview if you were on the corner of the balcony.
