On 11/15 we returned since the night before the service was amazing. However, I guess while the boss is out the employee will show their true colors. I show up to rent a room again and from the lobby area the receptionist ask me what do I need and I tell her that I’m there to rent a room again and the look on her face looks annoyed! Then when she finally gets to the front desk I tell her it’s a possibility that I may need to rent for two days but wondering if Sunday is the rate of more. She then responds with no and immediately asks me for my ID all while she sighing the whole time. Since she never gave me any information on the next day rental I asked her about a roller bed. Not only did she sigh again but also rolled her eyes. She wanted me to follow her to the laundry room so that I can get the linens for the roller bed. She takes up stairs I go to the room to the leave the linens she follows and sees the suite has a sofa bed and tells me I don’t need a roller bed because there’s a sofa bed. I explain to her that both my kids to fit there and that’s why I need the roller since it comes in the suite I rented. She gives me an attitude and wants me to follow her to wherever they have the roller bed. I tell her that I can’t get it due to issues with my body. She then looks at me and say well get him! I told her that he wasn’t with me right now that he was with family but that I would have him get it. She looked at me with a frustrated look and walked away.

Coming from out of town for a family funeral, is always a good feeling staying at a hotel where it feels like home. A comfortable clean environment with good food and great service as if you where visiting grandma house for the weekend. Totally satisfied with the stay that makes you want to come back.

Great stay!

Very comfortable stay, plenty of places to eat near by. Pool was clean and breakfast buffet was great. Quick access to freeway made it easy to visit the surrounding areas.

The hotel facility was overall in good condition. The light in the bathroom over the mirror did not work and the TV channel listings did not match the channel numbers when using the TV. Teh pool appeared to be in need of cleaning.
