Large group area with BBQ grills & fire pits. Pickleball /basketball courts. Close to- Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Quail Creek, Red Cliffs, several golf courses, Tuacahn Amphitheatre, several churches , and 2 LDS Temples.
This is our home away from home and we love being able to share it with visitors to Southern Utah. This beautiful home is designed primarily for large/extended families looking for a family getaway. It is directly across the street from the amazing club house, making it very convenient for families day and night use of the club house amenities! Our Private Hot Tub is very relaxing after a long day of hiking and seeing the many beautiful sights of Southern Utah. You can view the mouth of Zion National Park while relaxing on the deck and other areas of this two story home. It’s a great location for accessing the national and state parks in the area, such as- Zion National park is 28 miles, Sand Hollow State Park is 7 miles away, for boating and/or UTV's, Quail Lake reservoir, Snow Canyon -27 miles, and other beautiful areas. (Parking for boats and RV's are adjacent to the property.)
There are enough beds to sleep 18 comfortably. On the main floor is our beautiful King and Queen Suites, with private bathrooms. Upstairs you will find 2 additional King Suites each with their own private bathrooms, one of which has a shared balcony, along with a pull-out sleeper. The upstairs bunk room has two triple bunk beds and a queen bed that can sleep 8 guests comfortably. Another room upstairs, doubles as a game room/ bunk room that can sleep 3 in the bunk beds and 2 on the pull out sleeper which also has a shared balcony. This game room has two video arcades with over 500 retro games, and NBA Jam. There is an additional full size bathroom that can be shared with the bunk rooms. There is a business area, that has a futon if additional sleeping is needed, along with an additional balcony facing the club house. All King and Queen Beds have a PURPLE or DREAM CLOUD mattress so the adults can sleep very comfortably.
There are large flat screen TV's in all 6 bedrooms and living room! All have 4K TVs with Roku.
Upgraded, high-speed internet available and a small business area.
POOL TOWELS are provided, laundry room downstairs. High chair and porta-crib available. Outside cameras are provided for security.
Inside the 2 car garage, we have a ping pong table, children and adult inner tube floats for pool use, pickle ball paddles/balls, basketball.
Kitchen is stocked with place settings for 18 people. Kid-friendly plastic dishes also available. Crock pot, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee maker, rice cooker, electric griddle, large covered electric griddle, waffle maker, hand mixer, blender, toaster, BBQ utensils available for guest use along with a variety of baking and serving dishes. There is an additional refrigerator in the garage for convenience with larger groups.

You have access to the ENTIRE Townhome and you will share access to the CLUBHOUSE directly across the street!
There is a key fob that will let you in to the Club House and pool, hot tub, lazy river, kids splash pad, grill area, and fire pits. The pool hours are from 9 am - 10 pm. However, the Fitness Center opens up at 6 am. You will have access to the group grilling/eating area in the Club House which is on a first come first serve basis. You will have access to the pickle ball/basketball court on a first come first serve basis with night lights. (walking distance).
We are available to answer questions you have so we can make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Or home is located in a quiet, secluded neighborhood built specifically for getaway vacations and nightly rentals. The neighborhood grocery options nearby are Walmart (5 minute drive), plus multiple fast food and dining options in downtown Hurricane (5 minute drive). Pool and clubhouse are right across the street.
Please note... we provide for our guests- Body wash, shampoo and conditioner, as well as bath and pool towels. We have all the basic cookware and cooking utensils, but guests should plan to bring/buy any food or ingredients they’ll need for their stay. Walmart, with a full grocery store, is just a couple miles away. We provide enough dish and laundry detergent that should last through your entire stay.
Parking: 2 car garage and driveway on site, along with parking across the street in front of the Club House. Boat and RV parking is located adjacent to Zion Village.
